Preparation and properties study of straw fiber reinforced phase change plasterboard
The straw fiber reinforced phase change plasterboard was developed by blending method using paraffin microcap-sules as phase change heat storage materials and straw fibers as reinforcement materials. The microstructure, heat storage and re-lease performance, and cold and hot cycling durability of the phase change plasterboard were studied and analyzed using SEM,DSC,and FTIR.The results show that when the addition amount of paraffin microcapsules is 25%,straw fiber reinforced phase change plasterboard has good thermal storage performance, mechanical properties, and economic efficiency. The melting phase transi-tion temperature and crystallization phase transition temperature of phase change plasterboards are 26.88℃ and 20.02℃,respec-tively,which are in line with the most comfortable temperature range for the human body. Its melting phase transition enthalpy and crystallization phase transition enthalpy are 19.03 J/g and 20.54 J/g,indicating good phase change heat storage performance. The thermal conductivity of phase change plasterboard is 0.2978 W/(m·K),and the specific heat capacity is 0.5597 J/(kg·K).The mass loss rate of phase change plasterboard after 200 cold and hot cycles is 0.84%,and the thermal storage performance remains basi-cally unchanged, having good heat resistance.
