摘要

提出了一种基于差示扫描量热法的岩棉酸度系数测定方法.通过测试计算氢氧化钠梯度浓度标准物样品、氢氧化钠空白样品、差热-热重图谱的积分热流值,绘制出浓度-积分热流差标准工作曲线.将岩棉待测样品、氢氧化钠、标准物混合制备加内标物待测岩棉样品,测试加内标物待测岩棉样品的差热-热重图谱,计算待测样品以及加内标物待测岩棉样品的积分热流差,可计算得到待测样品的酸度系数.与传统的容量分析法相比,差示扫描量热法具有误差小、成本低、检测效率高的优点.

Abstract

This article proposes a method for determining the acidity coefficient of rock wool based on differential scanning calorimetry.By measuring and calculating the integrated heat flux values of sodium hydroxide gradient concentration standard sam-ples,sodium hydroxide blank samples,and differential thermal gravimetric spectra,the concentration integrated heat flux difference standard working curve is drawn.Mix the sample to be tested,sodium hydroxide,and standard substance to prepare an internal standard sample.Measure the differential thermal gravimetric spectrum of the internal standard sample,calculate the integral heat flux difference between the sample to be tested and the internal standard sample,and calculate the acidity coefficient of the sam-ple to be tested.Compared with the traditional volumetric analysis method,differential scanning calorimetry has the advantages of small error,low cost and high detection efficiency.
