消泡剂对磷建筑石膏孔隙率及强度的影响

添加外加剂是改善建筑石膏性能的主要方法.采用单因素试验,研究了有机硅消泡剂和聚醚改性有机硅消泡剂对磷建筑石膏硬化体孔隙率、强度、软化系数和吸水率的影响,并从微观角度分析影响机理.结果表明,有机硅消泡剂的掺量在0~1.50%时对磷建筑石膏浆体具有缓凝作用,初凝时间从4 min延长至8 min,终凝时间从9 min延长至17 min.有机硅消泡剂在掺量为0~0.50%或聚醚改性有机硅消泡剂在掺量为0~1.50%时会提高磷建筑石膏硬化体的强度,聚醚改性有机硅消泡剂对于磷建筑石膏的性能提升效果更优.
Effect of defoamer on porosity and strength of phosphogypsum-based building plaster
Adding additives is the main way to improve the performance of building plaster.In this paper,the effects of sili-cone defoamer and polyether modified silicone defoamer on the porosity,strength,softening coefficient and water absorption of phos-phogypsum-based building plaster hardened body were also studied,and its influence mechanism was analyzed from the microscopic point of view.The results showed that the silicone defoamer had retarding effect on phosphogypsum-based building plaster paste when the content was 0~1.50%,the initial setting time increased from 4 min to 8 min and the final setting time increased from 9 min to 17 min.Silicone defoaming agent with 0 to 0.50%or polyether modified silicone defoaming agent with 0 to 1.50%can im-prove the strengths of phosphogypsum-based building plaster hardened body.Polyether modified silicone defoaming agent is better for improving the performance of phosphogypsum-based building plaster.
