聚羧酸减水剂对石膏基自流平砂浆性能的影响及机理研究

系统研究了聚羧酸减水剂(PC)掺量对石膏基自流平砂浆流动性、砂浆硬化体力学强度、耐水性的影响,并采用压汞测试技术(MIP)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析其影响机理分析.结果表明:随PC掺量的增加,石膏基自流平砂浆的用水量逐渐降低,砂浆硬化体力学强度明显提高,砂浆硬化体的耐水性能逐渐增强.PC的掺加可大幅降低砂浆硬化体的孔隙率,孔径逐渐细化,砂浆硬化体孔结构改善效果明显.二水石膏晶体细化,晶体搭接密实度提高,石膏基自流平砂浆的性能得到有效的改善.
Effect of polycarboxylate-type water reducer on gypsum-based self-leveling mortar and its mechanisms
In this paper,the effects of the doping amount of polycarboxylate-type water reducer(PC)on the flowability of gyp-sum-based self-leveling mortar,physical strength and water resistance of mortar hardened boby were systematically studied.The ef-fect mechanism was analyzed by mercury-pressure testing technique(MIP)and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results showed that the water consumption of gypsum-based self-leveling mortar gradually decreased with the increase of PC admixture.The effect of PC admixture on improving the physical strength of mortar was significant.The water resistance of the mortar hard-ened boby was enhanced gradually with the increase of PC admixture.The PC doping can significantly reduce the porosity and re-fine the pore size of the mortars hardened body.As the PS was added,the gypsum dihydrate crystals are refined,the crystal lap compactness is improved,and the performance of gypsum-based self-leveling mortar is effectively enhanced.
