Preparation of easy-flowing supplementary cementitious material and their impact on the performance of concrete
This study is based on the three solid wastes of lithium slag, titanium slag, and phosphorus slag in Sichuan region, and conducts research on solid waste based flowable concrete admixtures.A flowable admixture with excellent performance indicators was obtained by compounding with various admixture systems, and the influence of this auxiliary cementitious material on the workability, mechanical properties, and durability of concrete was systematically studied. The results showed that when phosphorus slag powder, titanium slag powder, and limestone powder were mixed to replace fly ash,the yield stress of the concrete slurry decreased slightly, the expansion degree was generally greater than 550 mm,and the working performance was optimized. When modified lithium slag powder, titanium slag powder, and limestone powder are mixed together to replace mineral powder, the workability and mechanical properties of concrete are better when the lithium slag powder content is not high. However, when the lithium slag powder content is too large,it will increase the plastic viscosity of concrete, and the recommended content should not exceed 10%of the cementitious material.
