以轻质陶粒、水泥、粉煤灰作为主要原料制备的陶粒加气混凝土为砌块的受力体,分布在砌块的内外叶,绝热泡沫塑料夹芯为砌块的保温主体,硬质金属连接件为内外叶块及夹芯的连接件,制成的组合式陶粒加气混凝土夹芯砌块符合现阶段建筑节能要求.介绍了组合式陶粒加气混凝土夹芯砌块的研制过程及其生产技术.采用n形碳钢镀锌金属连接件、陶粒防上浮技术、坯体养护技术,通过不同厚度的内外叶、绝热泡沫塑料的组合,制备的组合式陶粒加气混凝土夹芯砌块可满足超低能耗建筑要求.
Development of composite ceramic aerated concrete sandwich block
The aerated concrete prepared with light ceramic particles,cement and fly ash as the main raw materials is the stress body of the block,which is distributed in the inner and outer blades of the block,the insulation foam core is the insulation body of the block,and the hard metal connector is the connection part of the inner and outer blades and the sandwich.The de-velopment process and production technology of combined ceramic aerated concrete sandwich block are introduced.The prepared composite ceramic aerated concrete sandwich block can meet the requirements of ultra-low energy consumption building by usingΩ-shaped carbon steel galvanized metal connection,ceramic particle anti-floating technology and blank body maintenance technolo-gy,and the combination of inner and outer blades and adiabatic foam with different thickness.
