摘要

研究了纤维素醚MFS6003对聚合物水泥防水浆料性能的影响.结果表明,随着MFS6003用量的增加,聚合物水泥防水浆料的施工性能、抗流挂性和憎水能力显著提高,对聚合物水泥防水浆料的抗压、抗折强度,横向变形能力及抗渗性能几乎没有影响.当MFS6003用量为0.07%时,制得的防水浆料抗渗压力大于0.5 MPa,横向变形能力为2.5 mm,28d收缩率为0.28%,符合JC/T 2090-2011《聚合物水泥防水浆料》中Ⅰ型产品的要求.

Abstract

The effects of the cellulose ether MFS6003 on the properties of polymer cementitious waterproof slurry were studied.The results showed that the workability,sag-resistance and hydrophobicity of polymer cementitious waterproof slurry are increased clearly with the increase of MFS6003 dosage.Cellulose ether has verylitlle effect on the compressive strength,flexual strength,trans-verse deformation and impermeability of polymer cementitious waterproof slurry.When the amount of MFS6003 is 0.07%,the imper-meability of waterproof slurry is more than 0.5 MPa,the transverse deformation capacity is 2.5 mm,and the 28 d shrinkage rate is 0.28%.Meet the requirements of Type Ⅰ products in JC/T 2090-2011"Polymer Modified Cement Slurry for Waterproof".
