Study on the application performance of epoxy splicing adhesive for wind power at low temperature
The self-made modified amine curing agent B1 is used in combination with epoxy A1 component to study the effect of different colloid temperatures on the construction performance and compressive strength of epoxy splicing adhesive for wind power,as well as the construction performance and compressive strength of epoxy splicing adhesive for wind power when different modified amine curing agents are used in combination with different A components. The results show that when self-made modified amine B1 is used as a curing agent in combination with A 1,and the colloid temperature is maintained at 20 and 25 ℃,the epoxy splicing adhesive for wind power has good construction performance and compressive strength. Therefore,it is recommended to raise the temperature of components A and B of epoxy splicing adhesive for wind power to 20 ℃ when the winter ambient temperature is between-10~-7℃,and then mix them together. At this time, the adhesive bending performance of epoxy splicing adhesive for wind power meets the requirements of T/CECS 10080-2020.When epoxy A4 component is used in combination with self-made modified amine curing agent Bl,after adjusting at room temperature for 30 minutes, the compressive strength of epoxy splicing adhesive for wind power at 7 and 14 days is 56.5 and 71.9 MPa,respectively; When used in combination with B3,its compressive strength at 7 and 14 days was 61.2 and 68.2 MPa,respectively, and the 14 d strength was inferior to that of self-made modified amine curing agent B1.
