Mechanical property experiment and hydration mechanism analysis of titanium gypsum hollow block
Composite titanium gypsum is composed of solid waste titanium gypsum(TG)and flue gas desulphurization gypsum(FGD)as the main raw materials.Add gypsum reinforcement agent(GRA)to produce titanium gypsum hollow blocks. The effect of GRA on the early strength and setting time of composite titanium gypsum,as well as the mechanical properties and microstructure of titanium gypsum hollow blocks were researched. The experimental results show that when the dosage of GRA is 0.09%,the composite titanium gypsum reaches the 2.0 level specified in the"Building Gypsum"(GB/T 9776-2008).When the mass ratio of titanium gypsum hollow blocks is TG:FGD:GRA=5000:5000:9,the titanium gypsum hollow blocks prepared has an average fracture load of 4122 kN,an average compressive strength of 3.1 MPa,an apparent density of 591 kg/m3,and a softening coefficient of 0.36.The main reason is that the hydration products of titanium gypsum hollow blocks are mainly rod-shaped dihydrate gypsum crystals, which contain some amorphous iron impurities, reducing the strength of titanium gypsum hollow blocks.
