基于均匀试验法的清水混凝土清水效果影响因素研究

通过均匀试验法研究了水胶比、胶凝材料用量、矿渣掺量、砂率对清水混凝土清水效果的影响,以混凝土表面色差、气孔率、裂缝率为指标,建立了量化评价清水混凝土清水效果的方法,使用二项式逐步回归分析建立了清水混凝土配合比参数对清水效果影响的方程,并得到最优配合比.结果表明,水胶比对清水混凝土清水效果影响最大,胶凝材料用量次之,砂率主要影响混凝土的表面气孔率和表面裂缝率,矿渣掺量对清水效果没有明显影响;清水效果最好的配合比为水胶比0.43,胶凝材料用量475kg/m3,矿渣掺量25%,砂率0.40.
Study on influencing factors of fair-faced concrete apparent effect based on uniform test method
The influence of water-binder ratio,cementitious materials content,mineral power content and sand ratio on the apparent effect of fair-faced concrete was studied by uniform test method.The method of quantitative evaluation of the apparent effect of fair-faced concrete was established by taking the color difference,porosity and crack rate of concrete surface as indexes.The equation of the influence of the mix ratio parameters of fair-faced concrete on the water effect was established by quadratic polynomial stepwise regression analysis,and the optimal mix ratio was obtained.The results show that the water-binder ratio has the greatest influence on the apparent effect of fair-faced concrete,followed by the amount of cementitious materials.The sand ratio mainly affects the surface porosity and surface crack rate of concrete,and the amount of mineral powder has no significant effect on the clear water effect.Under the condition of this paper,the best mix ratio of water-binder ratio is 0.43,the amount of cementitious material is 475kg/m3,the amount of mineral powder is 25%,and the sand ratio is 0.40.
