搅拌站废浆上清液及干粉在水泥中的作用机理

研究了搅拌站废浆上清液与干粉对水泥性能的影响机理及变化趋势.结果表明:废浆干粉会显著增加水泥用水量,当废浆干粉掺量为30%时,用水量增加29.2%.废浆上清液与干粉二者共用时,会略微降低水泥用水量.废浆干粉能够显著缩短水泥凝结时间,而上清液对水泥凝结有延缓作用,二者共用时,对凝结时间无明显影响.当干粉掺量不大于10%时,强度符合GB 175-2007《通用硅酸盐水泥》中P·O42.5R水泥的要求;上清液对水泥力学性能几乎没有影响,二者共用时,随着废浆上清液掺量的增加,水泥抗折、抗压强度降低.
Mechanism of action of waste slurry supernatant and dry powder from mixing plant in cement
In this paper,the influence mechanism and changing trend of the supernatant and dry powder of waste pulp in mixing plant on cement properties were studied.The results show that waste slurry dry powder significantly increases the water de-mand for cement standard consistency.When the amount of waste slurry dry powder is 30%,the water consumption increases by 29.2%.The water requirement will be slightly reduced in minutes when the two are used together.The waste slurry dry powder signifiicantly shorten the setting time of cement.In contrast,the waste slurry supernatant has a delaying effect on cement setting,but when used together,it has no significant effect on the setting time.When the content of waste slurry dry powder is not more than 10%,it can still meet the mechanical properties requirements of P·O42.5R cement as specified in GB 175-2007 General Portland Cement,while the waste slurry supernatant has almost no effect on the mechanical properties of cement.When the two are used together,with the increase of waste slurry supernatant,the flexural and compressive strength of cement also decrease.
