摘要

针对石墨XPS板薄抹灰保温系统实验室试验与现场试验结果出现的差异,通过分析研究不同试验条件下石墨XPS板及其保温系统力学性能测试结果,从材料本身、测试方法及检测仪器的角度分析了产生这种差异的原因.采用万能试验机的测试结果较拉拔仪的要高,在相同的试验条件下,带金属垫框的测试结果要略高于不带金属垫框的结果,数据的离散性也相对较小.在采用相同试验设备时,实验室条件的测试结果要比现场条件的高.

Abstract

This dissertation addresses the discrepancy between the results of laboratory tests and field tests of Graphite-XPS exterio rinsulation system,by analyzing and studying the test results of mechanical properties of Graphite-XPS board and its exteri-or insulation system under the different test conditions.The reasons for this discrepancy are analyzed from the point of view of the material itself,the test method and the testing instrument.The test result of the universal testing machine is higher than that of the puller.Under the same test conditions,the test result with metal frame is slightly higher than that without metal frame,and the data discretization is relatively small.When the same test equipment is used,the test result under laboratory conditions is higher than that under field conditions.
