泡沫混凝土的表面分形维数是决定泡沫混凝土力学性能和热性能的重要参数.建立了泡沫混凝土分形维数与导热系数之间的关系,并通过不同文献中导热系数的实测值验证了这一关系.采用该关系测试了不同水胶比时泡沫混凝土的导热系数进而计算出分形维数,发现泡沫混凝土的分形维数介于2.70~2.85,且随着水胶比的增加先增大后减小,该测试结果与计盒数法得到的数据基本一致.相比于其他方法,通过导热系数法测试泡沫混凝土表面分形维数的方法,不需要对混凝土进行切片取样,不会对混凝土结构造成破坏.
A nondestructive method for measuring the fractal dimension of foam concrete surface
The surface fractal dimension of foam concrete is an important parameter that determines the mechanical and ther-mal properties of foam concrete.In this study,the relationship between the fractal dimension of foam concrete and the thermal conductivity was established,and this relationship was verified by the measured values of thermal conductivity in different litera-tures.Using this relationship,the thermal conductivity of foam concrete with different water binder ratio was measured,and then the fractal dimension was calculated.It was found that the fractal dimension of foam concrete was basically between 2.70~2.85,and in-creased first and then decreased with the increase of water binder ratio.The test results were basically consistent with the data obtained by box counting method.Compared with other methods,the method of measuring the fractal dimension of foam concrete surface by thermal conductivity method is simple and easy to operate,does not need to slice and sample the concrete,and will not cause damage to the concrete structure.
