Research on the influencing factors of mechanical properties of new prefabricated self-insulated walls
A structural insulation integrated prefabricated self-insulated wall is formed by pulling and pouring sintered silt brick composite insulation material. This paper investigates the effects of masonry mortar types, masonry methods, number of grouting holes and reinforcing bars on the mechanical properties of sintered silt porous brick masonry. The results show that for sintered filt porous brick masonry, the standard value of shear strength for thin-layer masonry mortar through joints is 0.52 MPa,which is 34%higher than that of ordinary mortar masonry. The shear strength of the standard masonry method has increased by 15%compared to the non-standard masonry method. After laying 2 or 3 reinforcing steel bars in the holes of sintered porous bricks and grouting, the average shear strength of the masonry increased from 0.53 MPa to 1.39 MPa and 2.25 MPa,respectively, with an increase of 162.26%and 324.53%,respectively.The shear strength of the 3-hole reinforced grouting specimen increased by 61.8%compared to the 2-hole reinforced grouting specimen.
