磷石膏制备α半水石膏的工艺及其应用研究进展

随着我国磷化工产业的不断发展,我国的磷石膏(PG)排放量正在逐年增加,堆存量巨大,严重危害生态环境.如何高效处理并利用磷石膏一直是一个亟待解决的问题.将磷石膏通过技术手段转变为性能优异的α半水石膏(α-HH),其在制备高强石膏及石膏晶须等方面具有独特的优势.简要论述了通过磷石膏制备磷α半水石膏(α-PHH)的相关研究,并分析了 α-PHH绿色应用领域及发展趋势,为提升磷石膏利用的技术水平、增加其附加价值并开拓应用空间提供一定参考.
Progress in preparation of α-hemihydrous gypsum from phosphogypsum and its application
With the continuous development of phosphorus chemical industry in our country,the discharge amount of phospho-gypsum(PG)produced in our country is increasing year by year,and the stockpile is huge,which seriously endangers the ecological environment.How to treat and utilize phosphogypsum efficiently is an urgent problem.Phosphogypsum is transformed into α-HH,which has a unique advantage in the preparation of high strength gypsum and gypsum whisker.This thesis briefly discusses the related research of phosphogypsum α-hemihydrous gypsum(α-PHH)prepared by phosphogypsum,and analyzes the green application field and development trend of α-PHH,so as to provide some reference for improving the technical level of phosphogypsum utiliza-tion,increasing its added value and expanding the application space.
