高强轻质发泡陶瓷的制备与性能影响研究

通过添加棕刚玉粉体获得高强度的轻质发泡陶瓷,并结合化学成分、相组成、气孔特征和显微组织分析寻找最优配方体系和烧成制度,以及掌握影响材料力学性能的决定性因素.研究表明,适量添加棕刚玉粉体能够促进堇青石生成,在获得高强度的同时保留良好韧性.细小均匀的气孔结构和光滑的孔壁也是减少基体脆性的关键.通过添加适量棕刚玉粉体,并控制配方中碱金属和碱土金属含量,在烧成温度为1180℃、烧成周期为14 h的条件下获得了体积密度为504 kg/m3、吸水率为1.52%、弹性模量为0.90 GPa、抗压强度高达9.50 MPa的高强度轻质发泡陶瓷.
Research on preparation and properties of high strength light foamed ceramics
Intends to obtain lightweight foamed ceramics with high strength by adding brown corundum powder.Meanwhile,through analyzing chemical composition,phase constitution,pore characteristics and microstructure,the decisive factors affecting me-chanical properties can be mastered,and the optimal formula and sintering system can be found.The results show that appropriate addition of brown corundum powder promotes the formation of indialite,so as to achieve high strength while retaining good tough-ness.In addition,fine and uniform pore structure with defectless pore walls is also the key to reduce brittleness.Finally,by adding an appropriate amount of brown corundum powder and controlling the content of alkali metal as well as alkaline earth metal,the foamed ceramic meeting industry standard is produced at sintering temperature of 1180 ℃ and with sintering period of 14 h.The optimized ceramic sample has bulk density of 504 kg/m3,water absorption of 1.52%,elastic modulus of 0.90 GPa and compressive strength as high as 9.50 MPa.
