Preparation and performance study of composite transparent thermal insulation coating
Polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)was used as the substrate and different fillers were added to prepare a double-layer composite transparent thermal insulation coating, including tin oxide antimony(ATO),aerogel and carbon fiber. The morphology, microstructure and thermal insulation mechanism of composite coatings were studied by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),ultraviolet-visible near-infrared spectrophotometer(UV-VIS-NIR)and thermal insulation test device, and their thermal insulation properties and optical properties were determined, including absorption, reflectivity, thermal conductivity and simulated light testing.By adjusting the composition ratios of ATO,aerogel and carbon fiber in the filler, its influence on the optical properties and thermal insulation performance of the composite coating was explored, and it was compared with the common thermal insulation coating on the market. The results show that the thickness of the prepared coated film is 30 μm.The transmittance of visible light at 380~780 nm is between 60%and 70%.In the simulated light experiment, after 20 min of simulated light, the coating can be cooled by up to 9.6 ℃,which is 5.3 ℃ lower than the traditional single layer heat insulation coating.
