Effect of maintenance regime on mechanical properties of LUHPC
In this paper,four curing systems including standard curing,steam curing,dry curing and autoclaved curing were adopted in the experiment.The influences of curing parameters such as temperature rise rate,constant temperature time and constant temperature on the strength of lightweight ultra-high performance concrete(LUHPC)were studied.The optimal curing system was determined and the influence of curing system on the bending toughness of LUHPC was studied.The results show that high temperature conditioning can accelerate the hydration rate of LUHPC and improve the early strength,however,too high conditioning temperature will lead to the degradation of mechanical properties of LUHPC.There is no significant difference between the mechanical properties of LUHPC under steam conditioning and standard conditioning.Autoclaved curing and dry heat curing can significantly increase the peak deflection and peak load of LUHPC,and the residual toughness of LUHPC under dry heat curing is the highest.
