尾矿是矿石经选矿后排放的固体废弃物,其堆存规模越来越大,不仅占用土地,还会造成严重的环境污染和资源浪费.对尾矿陶粒的制备技术进行了系统的介绍和技术要点分析,探讨了原料配比、辅料、烧制工艺对陶粒性能的影响,提出了陶粒制备存在的问题和解决途径,介绍了尾矿陶粒在轻质混凝土、水处理滤料、陶粒支撑剂、吸波材料等方面的应用,提出了轻质、多孔、高强尾矿陶粒、复合尾矿陶粒制备技术和拓宽陶粒应用领域是尾矿陶粒未来的主要研究方向.
A review of ceramisite from tailings:preparation technology and applications
Tailing is the solid waste discharged from ore after beneficiation,and its accumulation is also increasing,which not only occupies land,but also causes serious environmental pollution and resource waste.The preparation technology of tailings ce-ramisite was introduced and analyzed systematically.The effects of raw material ratio,auxiliary materials and firing technology on the properties of ceramisite are discussed.The existing problems and solutions were put forward.Then the application of tailing ce-ramisite in light concrete,water treatment filter material,petroleum proppant,wave absorbing material was introduced.The main re-search directions for future tailings ceramisite were pointed out,which include light,porous,high strength tailings ceramisite,compos-ite tailings ceramisite preparation technology and expanding the application field of tailings ceramisite.
