The effect and mechanism of NO2-LDH inhibiting the reinforcement corrosion
Nitrite intercalation magnesium-aluminum hydrotalcite(NO2-LDH)was prepared by roasting and reduction method with carbonate type magnesium-aluminum hydrotalcite as raw material and sodium nitrite as ion exchanger, taking NO2-LDH as rust inhibitov, its corrosion effect and corrosion mechanism on HPB300 reinforced steel are studied by the saline dry and wet circulation and full soaking experiment. The research results show that:with the increase in NO2-LDH,the corrosion area of the steel corrosion under the dry and wet circulation of the saline water is significantly reduced;in the full immersion environment,NO2-LDH uses the steel bars in the simulated salt corrosion solution for a long time in low and moderate corrosive areas, while the steel bars in the simulation salt corrosion solution are not mixed with NO2-LDH and simulation salt in high corrosion areas;the switching and ad-sorption of chloride in the corrosive solution and release nitro root is the main reason why NO2-LDH can significantly delay the corrosion of the reinforcement.
