软瓷是一种以聚合物乳液为粘合剂,添加无机粉体、功能填料和助剂,经混合制浆、模具成型、干燥脱模制成的,具有轻、薄、柔特性的新型建筑装饰材料.从产生背景、发展历程、产业现状、生产设备及施工技术等方面对软瓷产业进行了全面综述,并对其发展趋势进行了展望.
Abstract
Soft tile is a new type of building decoration material with light,thin and soft characteristics,which is made via mixing,molding,and drying processes by using emulsion as binder and adding inorganic powders,functional fillers,and other agents.In this paper,the soft tile industry is comprehensively reviewed from the background,development history,industrial status,produc-tion equipment,and construction technique.Moreover,the development trend is also prospected.
