摘要

以有机硅防水剂、酒石酸及硅酸盐水泥作为疏水材料,研究了有机硅防水剂、酒石酸及水泥对于耐水纸面石膏板的吸水率、表面吸水量及断裂强度的影响.结果表明:采用有机硅防水剂作为疏水材料的耐水纸面石膏板具有较好的耐水性,当有机硅防水剂掺量为20 g/m2时,纸面石膏板的吸水率<10%,同时对耐水纸面石膏板陈化7、14 d吸水率改善明显.酒石酸对于改善纸面石膏板吸水性能作用不大.硅酸盐水泥降低了纸面石膏板的吸水率,当水泥掺量为16 g/m2时,纸面石膏板的初始吸水率与初始表面吸水量分别为8.62%,138.6 g/m2,横向与纵向断裂荷载平均值分别为426.0、172.6 N.

Abstract

Organosilicon water repellent,tartaric acid and portland cement were used as hydrophobic material to study the ef-fects of organosilicon water repellent,tartaric acid and cement on the overall water absorption,surface water absorption and fracture strength of the finished water-resistant gypsum board.The test results show that the water-resistant gypsum board with organosili-con waterproofing agent as hydrophobic material has good surface and overall water absorption,and when the consumption of organosilicon waterproofing agent is 20 g/m2,the overall water absorption of gypsum board is less than 10%,and the improvement of the water absorption rate by aging for 7 d and 14 d is obvious.Tartaric acid had little effect on improving the water absorption performance of paper-faced gypsum board.Silicate cement reduced the water absorption of paper-faced gypsum board,and the ini-tial water absorption and initial surface water absorption of paper-faced gypsum board were 8.62%and 138.6 g/m2 when the addi-tion amount was 16 g/m2,and the transverse and longitudinal fracture strengths were 426.0 N and 172.6 N,respectively.
