Sensitivity and economical analysis of energy saving in rural buildings in cold regions
Based on typical rural brick-concrete structure buildings in cold rural areas, optimization of various energy-saving measures and local sensitivity analysis are carried out.The economic evaluation and static payback period calculation of various energy-saving measures are carried out using the life cycle cost method and net present value method. The sensitivity of building energy conservation design is in order of building air tightness>exterior wall insulation>roof insulation>heat transfer coeffi-cient of exterior window>SHGC of exterior window>floor insulation. The optimal thickness of insulation layer for exterior wall and roof is 110 mm,and the optimal heat transfer coefficient for exterior window is 2.5W/(m2·K).
