Taking steam curing parameters as the research object,the effects of five factors,such as standing time,heating rate,constant temperature,constant temperature time and cooling rate,on the early and late strength of ceramisite foam concrete were studied.Considering the mechanical properties,production efficiency,time cost and economic benefits of ceramite foam con-crete,the standing time is 6h,the heating rate is 15℃/h,the constant temperature is 60 ℃,the constant temperature time is 6h,and the cooling rate is 15 ℃/h under steam curing.Under the above optimal parameters of steam curing,the early compressive strength increases significantly compared with that of ceramite foam concrete under natural curing.The compressive strength at age 1,3,7 d is 218%,120%,125%of that under natural curing.With the extension of curing age,the gap between the two gradually narrowed.The 28 d compressive strength of the steam cured ceramite foamed concrete is 106%of that under natural curing.
