Development of micro-foaming UPVC extrusion die with crusts on the surface of complex cross-section for door frame
This article takes the door frame as an example.Under the conditions of the 65 conical twin-screw UPVC micro-foaming formula system, through simulation design and production line debugging and verification,a complex cross-section surface crusting micro-foaming extrusion mould was developed.Among them, the gap type water-cooled die structure for external foaming, the size of the gap and the length of the flow channel can control the flow rate of the materials, which can adjust the thickness of the crust layer and the product density;in the shaping mold that combines dry and wet shaping, the dry setting uses reverse curva-ture to compensate for the uneven shrinkage of the foam material. In the wet setting section,an immersion vacuum vortex water tank is used to cool and shape the foamed products to the greatest extent.
