温拌高模量改性沥青粘附特性研究

通过接触角试验,分析了高模量改性沥青在不同集料表面的铺展过程,探究了温拌剂对高模量改性沥青接触角和表面张力的影响;利用原子力显微镜测试技术(AFM)探究了温拌剂对高模量改性沥青微观粘附作用的影响.结果表明:温拌剂能够加快高模量改性沥青在集料表面的铺展速度,高模量改性沥青在不同集料表面的铺展速度不同;155℃条件下温拌剂对高模量改性沥青接触角和表面张力的降幅要大于105℃条件下;温拌剂掺量超过1.5%时,可显著提升高模量改性沥青高温时的集料表面浸润效果;温拌剂掺量由1.5%增加至2.0%,高模量改性沥青粘附力和粘附能降幅最大.
Research on the adhesion characteristics of warm mix high modulus modified asphalt
The spreading process of high modulus modified asphalt(HMMA)on different aggregates was analyzed through con-tact angle tests,and the influence of warm-mixed additive on the contact angle and surface tension of HMMA was explored;The influence of warm-mixed additive on the micro adhesion of HMMA was investigated using atomic force microscopy testing(AFM)technology.The research results indicate that warm-mixed additive can accelerate the spreading speed of HMMA on different ag-gregates surface,and the characteristics of aggregates themselves also have an impact on the spreading speed of HMMA;The reduc-tion in contact angle and surface tension of HMMA by warm-mixed additive under 155 ℃ temperature conditions is greater than that under 105 ℃ temperature conditions.Warm-mixed additive can significantly improve the surface wetting effect of aggregates with HMMA at high temperatures.The decrease in adhesion and adhesion energy of HMMA is the greatest when the dosage of warm-mixed additive is within the range of 1.5%~2.0%.
