Research on anti-chloride ion penetration performance and life prediction of marine concrete in strong wind environment
To improve the service life of reinforced concrete under the combined action of multiple factors of long-term strong wind, high humidity and high salt spray, this paper focused on three types of corrosive environment, including indoor simulated underwater area(HJ1),atmospheric area(coupling of heavy salt spray and strong wind,HJ2)and water level fluctuation area(HJ3),and carried out related work on the permeability of chloride ions in concrete. The results show that the chloride ion concentration of different depths on the concrete surface is the highest in HJ2 environment;the anti-chloride ion penetration resistance is improved using internally-doped preservatives and externally-coated water-based epoxy anti-corrosion coatings. Finally, the Thomas model is used to analyze the effect of concrete durability improvement measures further quantitatively on the service life extension of concrete structures. This work can provide reference for improving the service life of reinforced concrete under the multi-factor comprehensive action of long-term strong wind, high humidity, and high salt spray.
