Comparative study on long-age dissolution performance of corrosion-resistant shotcrete
In this paper, the effect of RS(Ⅰ)corrosion inhibitor on the corrosion resistance of shotcrete which has been in service for two years is studied through the analysis of drain water quality, concrete compressive strength, chloride ion diffusion coefficient, water absorption,CaO content in core sample and crystal thickness of drain ditch. The results show that after 745 days of service, the addition of RS(Ⅰ)corrosion inhibitor inhibits the dissolution of calcium ion in shotcrete. The calcium ion concentration in the drain water is only 37.8%of that of the ordinary sprayed concrete section, compared with 468 days, the compressive strength loss is only 3.2%,the chloride ion diffusion coefficient decreases by 22.3%,the water absorption decreases by 55.2%,the dissolution rate of calcium ions in the core sample 10 cm decreases by 3.1 percent point, and the crystal thickness in the gutter decreases by 72.7%,which significantly improves the water erosion and dissolution resistance of shotcrete and ensures the service life of tunnel lining concrete.
