氧化铝纤维对铝酸盐水泥抗高温及力学性能的影响

以提高耐火度为目的将氧化铝纤维掺入铝酸盐水泥中采用0.1%、0.2%、0.3%、0.4%掺量的氧化铝纤维进行试验,结果表明:试样常温力学性能随着煅烧温度升高而提高;氧化铝纤维掺量为0.3%最为合适,力学性能最好,线变化率最小;物相组成与显微结构分析表明,TiO2可以降低CA6的生成温度,促使CA6形成更大、更厚的六边形片状,使得结构耐火度及强度提高.
The effect of alumina fiber on the high-temperature resistance and mechanical properties of aluminate cement
The experiment aimed to improve the refractoriness of calcium aluminate cement by adding alumina fibers in vary-ing amounts(0.1%,0.2%,0.3%,and 0.4%).The analysis results indicate:the mechanical properties of the samples at room tempera-ture improve with increasing calcination temperature;the optimal addition amount of alumina fibers is 0.3%,yielding the best me-chanical properties and minimal linear change rate;phase composition and microstructure analysis show that TiO2 can lower the for-mation temperature of CA6,promoting the formation of larger and thicker hexagonal plates,thereby enhancing the structural refrac-toriness and strength.
