Development and application research of a twist-lock expansion anchor bolt for building insulation
Anchors are one of the important auxiliary materials in external thermal insulation systems for building exteriors.De-velops a set of twist-lock expansion anchors and compares their physical performance on different walls.The results show that com-pared to ordinary plastic expansion anchors,its tensile bearing capacity in C25 ordinary concrete,MU 15 ordinary sintered brick,and A2.0 autoclaved aerated concrete of solid walls has improved by an average of about 5％,and the anchoring effect is better as the wall strength decreases;in MU 15 ordinary sintered brick and M10 ordinary concretetype hollow walls,the tensile bearing capacity has improved by 25.8％and 32.3％respectively.In practical applications,the twist-lock expansion anchors can effectively connect the in-sulation boards to form an integrated whole,further reducing the risk of cracking and detachment in the insulation system.
