Study on bending performance of light steel keel composite thermal insulation exterior wall panel
In order to study the flexural performance of light steel keel composite insulated exterior wall panels, the wall panels were simulated using the finite element analysis software ABAQUS and compared with existing studies. The effects of changes in parameters such as light steel keel and cladding panels on the flexural performance of the wall panels were investigat-ed,and the normal use of the wall panels under wind load was compared.Based on the performance requirements of external wall panels for assembled steel structure buildings,a light steel keel composite thermal insulation external wall panel composed of light steel keel, cladding panel, thermal insulation layer and protective layer is proposed. The research results show that the overall stress performance of the wall panel is good,in which increasing the height of light steel keel web has the most significant effect on the wall panel, the yield load of the wall panel with the height of 120,150 and 180 mm light steel keel web is increased by 39.31%,71.92%and 101.3%respectively compared to the height of 100 mm keel web.The ultimate loads were 42.48%,72.9%and 104.53%higher than those of 100 mm keel web height, and the flexural performance of the wall panels was hardly affected by the presence or absence of keel reinforcement ribs.
