Wind resistance and theoretical research of ceramic cotton autoclaved aerated concrete self-insulation wallboard
In order to study the wind resistance of a new type of ceramic cotton autoclaved aerated concrete self-insulation wallboard(ALC self-insulation wallboard),the bending capacity test of ALC self-insulation wallboard was carried out and compared with the theoretical calculation.The analysis results show that the ratio of the calculated value of the cracking moment of the ALC self-insulation wallboard to the experimental value ranges from 1.084 to 1.445,indicating that the safety reserve calculated according to the cracking moment theory is large.Under the normal use load,the ratio of the short-term deflection test value to the calculated value is about 1.039~1.225,which meets the deflection limit L0/200 requirements in JGJ/T 17-2020"Technical standard for application of autoclaved aerated concrete product".Under the condition of ultimate flexural bearing capacity,the ALC self-insulation wallboard has bending shear failure,and the longitudinal steel bars have not yielded.Therefore,based on GB 50010-2010"Code for design of concrete structures(2015)"formula,the design bearing capacity of ALC self-insulation wallboard is obtained,and the theoretical value is in good agreement with the experimental value.
