摘要

制备了一种自愈合抗裂防渗复合材料,研究了其对混凝土力学性能、抗渗性能、早期抗裂性能及自愈合性能的影响,并将其在混凝土水池模型构件中进行应用.结果表明:自愈合抗裂防渗复合材料可以显著提高混凝土抗渗性能;混凝土平板试件早期裂缝降低系数达到了 86.5%,平均裂缝宽度降低了 40%;混凝土 0.3 mm裂缝56 d可实现裂缝自愈合,实体结构中,水池裂缝也可以在50 d左右完全修复.

Abstract

A new self-healing anti-crack and anti-seepage waterproof composite material was developed.Its influence on the mechanical properties,impermeability,early crack resistance and self-healing properties of concrete is studied,and applied it in the concrete pool model members.The results show that:Self-healing anti-crack and anti-seepage composites can significantly improve the impermeability of concrete.The cracking reduction coefficient of concrete reach to 86.5%,and the average crack width was re-duced by 40%.The 0.3 mm crack of concrete can realize self-healing after 56 d.In the solid structure,the pool cracks can also realize self-healing in about 50 d.
