摘要

采用SBS对沥青进行改性,测试了高温条件下改性沥青胶料的软化点、延度、老化延度,分析了 SBS对沥青抗老化衰减的作用,并对不同取样节点沥青、改性沥青四组分进行测试分析.结果表明:沥青老化为油分减少、沥青质增加的宏观体现,SBS可有效延缓沥青的老化衰减,改性沥青最佳发育时间为3 h左右,超过4 h老化趋势增加明显.

Abstract

SBS is used to modify asphalt,through testing the softening point,ductility and aging ductility of asphalt under high temperature conditions,this paper analyzes the effect of SBS on asphalt aging resistance,and tests and analyzes the four components of asphalt and modified asphalt at different sampling points.Result indicates that asphalt aging is a macroscopic manifestation of reduced oil content and increased asphaltene.SBS can effectively delay the aging and decay of asphalt.The optimal development time for modified asphalt is about 3 hours,and the aging trend increases significantly after 4 hours.
