GES-W308 exposed waterbome polyurethane waterproof coating is prepared by advanced automatic equipment with aliphatic waterborne polyurethane dispersion as main film-forming material,with additives,pigments and fillers.The coating has both the environmental protection performance of waterborne waterproof coating and the mechanical properties of the oil-based polyurethane waterproof coating,as well as excellent weather resistance,stain resistance and construction performance.Taking the Kerry Center project of Beijing International Trade Zone as an example,this paper introduces the application of this material in the waterproofing maintenance engineering of complex concrete roofing,including the base treatment,strengthening layer construc-tion,details of the node treatment,matrix reinforcement material selection,and waterproof coating brush.
