EPEG抗泥型聚羧酸减水剂的制备及性能研究

选用乙二醇单乙烯基聚乙二醇醚(EPEG)作为大单体,与丙烯酸(AA)、异构酯(MA)等小单体在恒温条件下通过自由基共聚反应合成了 EPEG抗泥型聚羧酸减水剂KN-E.利用水泥净浆试验探究不同反应条件合成的KN-E对水泥分散性与适应性的影响,通过混凝土试验验证KN-E的抗泥性能.结果表明,当单体配比为n(AA)∶n(EPEG)∶n(MA)=4.0∶1.0∶0.2时制备的KN-E具有较好的分散性能,且适应性好,应用于混凝土中表现出较好的抗泥性能和良好的工作性能,对混凝土早期强度发展起到促进作用.
Preparation and performance study of EPEG mud-resistant polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent
In this paper,the EPEG mud-resistant polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent KN-E was synthesized by free rad-ical copolymerisation reaction under constant temperature with ethylene glycol monovinyl polyglycol ether(EPEG)as the macromonomer,and small monomers such as acrylic acid(AA)and isomer ester(MA).The effect of KN-E mud-resistant polycar-boxylic acid water reducing agent synthesized under different reaction conditions on the dispersion and adaptability of cement was investigated by using cement paste test,and the mud-resistant property of KN-E mud-resistant polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent was verified by concrete test.The results showed that the mud-resistant polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent KN-E pre-pared when the monomer ratio was n(AA)∶n(TPEG)∶n(MA)=4.0∶1∶0.2 had good dispersion properties and good adaptability,and showed good mud-resistant properties and good workability when it was applied to concrete,and it contributed to the early concrete strength development.
