测试循环与工况对摩托车排放的影响

研究摩托车工况法排放测试循环与工况对摩托车排放的影响.以FY125-3P电控摩托车为对象,进行国Ⅲ排放标准工况法排放检测,通过分析检测过程中CO、HC和NOx排放浓度的变化,研究测试循环、工况与CO、HC和NOx排放浓度的关系.研究结果表明:第一个测试循环对排放总量贡献率非常大.第一个测试循环中CO排放峰值主要出现在减速工况;NOx排放峰值出现在大负荷等速工况;HC排放峰值出现在减速和中等负荷工况,且发现如果检测过程出现熄火将导致CO排放值急剧增加.
Effect of Test Cycle & Modes on Motorcycle Exhaust Emission
The effect of test cycle and modes of motorcycle emission test on exhaust emission characteristics is studied. By analyzing the online testing emission data of CO. HC & NOx according to Chinese emission standard at phase Ⅲ for EFI motorcycle FY125-3P. the relationship among emission content, test cycle and modes was studied. It is concluded that the emission content at the first test cycle has a great contribution to the overall emission. And for the first test cycle, the test mode related with the emission peak of CO is deceleration mainly, that of NOx is regularity and high load. and that of HC is deceleration and middling load condition. It is found that if there is a flameout during the test cycle, the CO emission will increase much.
