甲醇燃料发动机专用润滑油理化性能指标研究

为了验证纯甲醇燃料发动机专用润滑油和甲醇-柴油混合燃料发动机专用润滑油的性能,开展了甲醇燃料发动机行车试验,分析了润滑油的运动粘度、碱值、磨损元素、污染元素及水分等理化性能指标.结果表明,与普通汽油发动机润滑油和普通柴油发动机润滑油相比,纯甲醇燃料发动机专用润滑油和甲醇-柴油混合燃料发动机专用润滑油均具有更好的粘温性、碱值保持性、抗磨损性和抗乳化性,可以解决甲醇燃料发动机使用过程中存在的油泥、老化、磨损异常、乳化等问题.
Research on Physiochemical Properties of Special Lubricant for Methanol Fuel Engine
In order to verify the performance of the special lubricant for pure methanol fuel engine and methanol diesel mixed fuel engine,the methanol fuel engine field test was carried out.During the test,the physiochemical performance indices such as kinematic viscosity,alkali value,wear elements,pollution el-ements and water content of the lubricant were studied by sampling and analyzing.The results show that,compared with ordinary lubricant gasoline engine and diesel engine,the lubricant for pure methanol fuel engine and methanol diesel mixed fuel engine has better viscosity-temperature performance,alkali value retention,anti friction and wear property and anti emulsification property,which can solve the problems of oil sludge,aging,abnormal wear and emulsification in the use of methanol fuel engine.
