基于CFD数值模拟的汽车中冷器流动均匀性研究

针对汽车中冷器内流道气体流动均匀性差的问题,提出了一种在中冷器气室安装导流板的中冷器结构优化方案.基于CFD数值模拟,对中冷器内部气体质量流量分布、速度场和压力场进行了分析,通过风洞试验验证了仿真模型的有效性.在此基础上,研究了气室导流板对中冷器内流道气体流动均匀性的影响.研究结果表明:合理设置导流板,中冷器各散热管气体平均质量流量偏差由7.66%减小到3.20%,中冷器许用环境温度提高了 0.84℃,气室压力损失减少了 37.4%,改善了中冷器内流道气体流动均匀性,提高了散热性能,避免了芯体热应力集中,减少了可靠性失效风险.此中冷器结构优化方案可为中冷器流动均匀性研究提供参考.
Research on Flow Uniformity of Automotive Charge Air Cooler Based on CFD Numerical Simulation
In order to solve the problem of poor flow uniformity in the internal flow passage of automobile charge air cooler(CAC),an optimal structure of adding guide plate in the air chamber of CAC was pro-posed.Based on the CFD numerical simulation,the gas mass flow distribution,velocity field and pressure field in the CAC were analyzed,and the validity of the simulation model was verified by the wind tunnel test.On this basis,the influence of flow guide plate on the internal flow uniformity of CAC was compared.The results show that the deviation of the average mass flow rate of each heat pipe in the CAC decreases from 7.66%to 3.20%,the allowable ambient temperature of the CAC increases by 0.84℃ and the pres-sure loss of the air chamber decreases by 37.4%.It can effectively improve the flow uniformity of CAC,improve the heat dissipation performance,reduce the core thermal stress concentration,and reduce the risk of reliability failure.It provides valuable engineering practice for study of CAC flow uniformity.
