某车型起动过程起动机退齿异响的分析

随着汽车行业的不断发展,新技术的不断应用,乘用车驾乘感受及行驶品质都有了质的提高,但消费者对乘用车的驾乘舒适性及整体NVH性能要求不断提高.传统乘用车由于起动机受制于结构及功率限制,起动时往往会出现异响、拖尾声、振动、退齿撞击声等问题,影响乘用车的NVH性能.对某新车型起动时退齿异响问题产生的机理及影响因素进行了分析.通过对起动机P轴齿轮参数进行优化,结合起动过程中的NVH性能测试、主观试驾评审,研究了起动机P轴齿轮参数优化对起动噪声的降低效果.结果表明,通过优化P轴齿轮参数,降低了起动机起动退齿异响.
Analysis of Abnormal Noise of Starter Tooth Retreating during Starting of a Certain Type of Vehicle
With the continuous development of the automobile industry and the continuous application of new technologies,the driving experience and driving quality of passenger cars have been improved,and consumers have had higher requirements for the driving comfort and overall NVH performance of passen-ger cars.Due to the structure and power constraints of traditional passenger car starter,abnormal sound,trailing sound,vibration,tooth retreating sound and other problems often occur during starting,which af-fect the NVH performance of passenger cars.This paper analyzes the mechanism and influencing factors of the abnormal noise of a new vehicle when starting.Through the optimization of P-axis gear parameters of starter,NVH performance test and subjective test drive review,the effect of P-axis gear parameter opti-mization on reducing starting noise was studied.The results show that by optimizing the parameters of the P-axis gear,the abnormal noise of the starter is reduced.
