A Study on Safety Testing Standards of Li-ion Battery Systems for Use in Electrical Motorcycles

摘要
动力电池作为电动摩托车的核心部件,对电动摩托车的性能和使用安全产生重大影响.研究了国内外电动摩托车用锂离子电池系统机械安全、电气安全、环境安全等的安全性测试标准,对比分析了 ISO 18243:2017、UL 2271:2018、UN ECE R136:2016 以及 GB/T 36672-2018 标准中的测试条件和参数要求,指出了相关标准中存在的不足以及不同标准之间因测试条件不同而不具有可比性,为建立更加科学的电动摩托车用锂离子电池系统安全性测试与评价方法提供了参考.
Abstract
As the core component of electric motorcycle,the traction Li-ion batteries have an important impact on the performance and safety of the electric motorcycle.Chinese and international standards of Li-ion battery systems in electric motorcycles have been reviewed and studied in terms of mechanical safety test,electrical safety test and environment safety test.The testing conditions and parameter require-ments of standards such as ISO 18243:2017,UL 2271:2018,UN ECE R136:2016 and GB/T 36672-2018 have been analyzed in detail.This study briefly summarizes the characters of those standards,and the shortcomings of the standards are presented.There are no comparability due to the difference of test condition in different standards and regulations.It is hoped that a more scientific testing and evaluation method can be established for Li-ion battery systems for use in electrical motorcycles.
