摘要

在一台满足国六b阶段排放标准的柴油机上,开展电控放气阀涡轮增压器对发动机性能、排放影响的试验研究.试验验证表明:发动机匹配电控放气阀涡轮增压器在发动机中高转速工况对油耗有一定改善,在中低负荷工况能降低油耗、提高排气温度.通过电控放气阀开度特性优化并确定最优的控制参数,在WHTC循环SCR催化器平均温度从 226℃提升到 246℃,冷态WHTC循环NOx排放降低 25%,冷热加权NOx排放降低8.6%.

Abstract

Experimental investigation of the influence of electric wastegate turbocharger's applicattion on engine performance and emission is carried out on a diesel engine that meets national VI B regulation.Re-sults show that fuel consumption improves at middle and high engine speed condition,what is more,fuel consumption gets better and exhaust temperature becomes higher at low load condition.SCR catalyst aver-age temperature of WHTC cycle increases from 226℃to 246℃,average brake specific NOx emission of cold WHTC cycle reduces by 25%and weighted specific NOx emission reduces by 8.6%for cold and warm WHTC based on optimization of electric wastegate control strategy.
