摘要
运用四种不同的液滴破碎模型对定容燃烧弹内柴油在常温下的喷射过程进行了数值模拟,选取与实验结果最接近的模型进一步研究了CO2/O2 不同掺混环境(环境温度 300 K及O2 含量依次为0.4~0.65)对柴油喷雾特性的影响规律.研究结果表明:KHRT模型模拟出的喷雾形态与实验结果最为接近,喷雾贯穿距离随背压介质密度的增大而减小,喷雾锥角随背压介质密度的增大而增大,而喷雾贯穿距离则随CO2/O2 混合气中CO2 百分比含量升高而减小,喷雾锥角与之刚好相反.
Abstract
Four different droplet breakup models were used to numerically simulate the diesel fuel injec-tion process in a constant volume combustion bomb at room temperature.The results show that the spray morphology simulated by the KHRT model is the closest to the experimental results.The spray penetration distance decreases with the increase of the backpressure medium density,the spray cone angle increases with the increase of the backpressure medium density,and the spray penetration distance decreases with the increase of the percentage of CO2 in the CO2/O2 mixture,and the spray cone angle is just the opposite.
