Analysis and Improvement Optimization of the BSG Wheel Belt of a Certain Model
Abs tract:With the continuous innovation and development of the automobile industry,the continuous application of new engine technology,and the use of various fuel consumption apps,customers are ex-tremely concerned about the fuel consumption and acceleration performance of passenger cars,and have begun to improve the comfort of vehicles,the overall NVH performance and fuel consumption require-ments.New technology BSG system,replacing the traditional generator and starter,has four functions such as starting,assisting,energy recovery,and power generation,so as to improve the vehicle's power,econo-my and NVH performance.Due to the complex working conditions of the BSG system and the wedge-shaped belt is used to drive the BSG motor,the elastic edge of the belt will be switched when the working conditions are switched,and the bidirectional BSG tensioner is usually used for tensioning.Aiming at the problem of BSG wheel belt shedding of a certain model,the mechanism and influencing factors of belt shedding are analyzed.Through the optimization of the wheel system,combined with the durability test,the effect of adjusting the length of BSG driving belt at both ends of the light wheel on the gear train and the improvement effect are studied.Finally,the belt shedding problem was solved by optimizing the wheel train layout.
