减振皮带轮组件作为发动机的功能性零件,其失效影响发动机的动力性及NVH性能.某款发动机开发过程中出现减振皮带轮的带轮与轮毂相对滑移故障.经过原因分析及试验验证发现,带轮的结构、橡胶材料以及组装工艺均影响减振皮带轮的滑移转矩.针对减振皮带轮产生相对滑移的原因,提出了整改措施并进行验证.
Analysis and Solution of the Slippage Problem of a Gasoline Engine Damping Pulley
The vibration damping pulley assembly is a functional part of the engine.Its failure affects the power and NVH performance of the engine.During the development of a certain engine,the relative slip-page between the pulley and the hub of the damping pulley occurred.After the cause analysis and test ver-ification,it was found that the structure of the pulley structure,the rubber material and the assembly pro-cess all affect the slip torque of the damping pulley.Aiming at the cause of the relative slip of the vibra-tion damping pulley,corrective measures are proposed and verified.
