串并联式混动车型怠速充电异响优化

摘要
串并联式混动车型在怠速充电工况下,由于存在载荷输出,容易引起整车振动噪声问题,严重影响乘车舒适性.针对某混动车怠速充电异响问题,采用整车振动噪声测试方法,识别整车异响特征,确认异响来源于混动总成;基于混动总成台架,开展整机及零部件模态测试、优化测试;基于混动总成异响原因要素分析,将怠速充电工况下的排气VVT推迟15°CA,并优化低转速区间排气VVT Map.实车试验验证结果表明:怠速充电异响经改善优化后,主观感受异响消除,振动特征基本消失.
Abstract
Under the idle charging condition,the load output of series-parallel hybrid vehicles is easy to cause the vibration and noise of the vehicle,which seriously affects the ride comfort.Aiming at the abnor-mal sound problem of a hybrid vehicle during idle charging,the vibration and noise test method of the whole vehicle was used to identify the abnormal sound characteristics of the whole vehicle and it's con-firmed that the abnormal sound originated from the hybrid assembly.Modal test and optimization test of whole machine and parts were carried out based on hybrid assembly bench.Based on the analysis of the factors causing the abnormal noise of the hybrid assembly,the exhaust VVT was delayed by 15°under idle charging condition,and the exhaust VVT Map in the low speed range was optimized.The results of real vehicle test show that after the optimization of idle charging abnormal sound,the subjective perceived ab-normal sound is eliminated,and the vibration characteristics basically disappear.
