气门重叠角对阿特金森发动机的影响研究

基于某1.5L自然吸气采用阿特金森循环的发动机进行台架试验,研究不同气门重叠角对其的影响.试验结果表明,随着气门重叠角增大,发动机充气效率和转矩也大幅增加,而燃烧情况和点火角效率趋势变差,油耗在小气门重叠角区间燃烧稳定区域小幅降低但大气门重叠角区间升高,碳氢、氮氧化物排放总体上呈现降低趋势,但小负荷工况重叠角增大到一定程度燃烧不稳定会导致碳氢排放增大.
Investigation on the Effect of Valve Overlap Angle on Atkinson Cycle Engine
Based on the bench test of a 1.5 L naturally aspirated engine with Atkinson cycle,the influ-ence of different valve overlap angles on the engine was studied.The test results show that,with the in-crease of valve overlap angle,the charging efficiency of engines and the torque increased,while the effi-ciency of combustion and ignition angle variation became worse.The fuel consumption decreased slightly in the stable combustion area in the small valve overlap angle area,but increased in the large valve over-lap angle area.The hydrocarbon and nitrogen oxide emissions generally showed a downward trend,but the unstable combustion lead to the increase of hydrocarbon emissions when the overlap angle increased to a certain extent under low load conditions.
