转向梯形布置位置对整车操稳性能的影响研究

针对转向梯形布置位置影响整车操稳性能的问题,对两种布置方案:转向梯形布置在前轴前侧(简称转向梯形前置)和转向梯形布置在前轴后侧(简称转向梯形后置)从空间力学角度进行了分析,得出转向梯形后置会增大侧向力转向系数,从而会增大整车不足转向度.在ADAMS/Car中搭建了悬架及整车仿真模型,通过K&C、操稳仿真,就转向梯形布置位置以及转向器与副车架的连接方式对整车操稳性能的影响进行了仿真研究.结果表明,转向梯形后置且转向器与副车架衬套连接整车不足转向度相比转向梯形前置且转向器与副车架刚性连接可提高33.67%.
Study on the Effect of Steering Trapezoid Arrangement Position on the Vehicle Handling and Stability Performance
Aiming at the problem that the steering trapezoid arrangement affects the handling and stability performance of the vehicle,and two arrangements:steering trapezoidal arrangement on the front side of the front axle(referred as steering trapezoidal forward arrangement)and steering trapezoidal arrangement on the rear side of the front axle(referred to as steering trapezoidal rearward arrangement)were analyzed from the spatial mechanics point of view,and it was concluded that steering trapezoidal rearward arrangement will increase the lateral force steering coefficient,which will increase the understeer of the whole vehicle.Next,a suspension and vehicle simulation model were built in ADAMS/Car,and the effects of the steering trapezoid arrangement and the connection between the steering and subframe on the vehicle handling and stability performance were investigated by K&C and handling simulation.The results show that the under-steer of the vehicle can be improved by 33.67%when the steering trapezoid is rear-mounted and the steering gear is connected to the subframe bushing compared with the steering trapezoid is front-mounted and the steering gear is rigidly connected to the subframe.
