随着消费者消费观念的不断变化,对车辆各方面的需求也在发生变化,这将影响到车辆的各项参数.选取了市面上近 200款热销的车型,包含微型车、小型车、紧凑型车、中型车、中大型车、大型车,对其参数进行分析,对其长、宽、高、轴距、整备质量、轮胎尺寸进行数据提取和统计,创建基于大数据统计的侧碰台车模型.使用此模型代替碰撞试验中的侧碰台车,同时与 21 版C-NCAP中所使用的侧碰AEMDB台车参数进行数据对比.发现 21 版C-NCAP所使用的台车相比台车模型的长度要多 27 mm,宽度要小 150 mm,轴距要长 243 mm,质量要小 178 kg,存在差异,后续版本C-NCAP台车的质量会有所增加,前端宽度会有所增加,使得更符合中国道路的车辆情况.分析了车辆前端高度和轴荷分布,使得搭建的车辆模型更接近实际中国车辆的情况.根据碰撞试验数据,对车辆前端刚度进行研究,搭建了车辆模型的前端刚度指标,设计了台车模型前端安装的蜂窝铝结构和离地高度.对碰撞试验台车模型搭建提供了试验和理论基础,有利于被动安全性能的提升.
Research on Side Impact Trolley Model Building based on Big Data
With the continuous changes in consumer consumption concepts,the demand for various as-pects of vehicles is also changing,which will affect various parameters of the vehicle.Nearly 200 popular models on the market were selected,including mini cars,small cars,compact cars,mid-size car,medium and large cars,whose parameters were analyzed,whose length,width,height,wheelbase,curb weight,and tire size were extracted and counted,and a side impact trolley model was established based on big data statistics.This model is used to replace the side impact trolley in the crash test.At the same time,data comparison was made with the side impact AEMDB trolley parameters used in the 21st version of C-NCAP.It was found that the trolley used in the 21st version of C-NCAP has a length of 27 mm more,a width of 150 mm less,a wheelbase of 243 mm longer,and a weight of 178 kg lighter compared to the trol-ley model.There is a difference,and the mass of the subsequent versions of C-NCAP trolley will in-crease,with an increase in front end width,making it more in line with the vehicle situation on Chinese roads.The front end height and axle load distribution of the vehicle were analyzed,making the constructed vehicle model closer to the actual situation of Chinese vehicles.Based on collision test data,the front end stiffness of the vehicle was studied,and the front end stiffness index of the vehicle model was established.The honeycomb aluminum structure and ground clearance height installed at the front end of the trolley model were designed.This research provides an experimental and theoretical basis for building a collision test bench model,which is beneficial for improving passive safety performance.
