摘要

以某款3缸增压汽油机的曲轴箱通风系统为例,对发动机曲轴箱通风系统进行优化设计研究.通过极限装配分析、零件结构对比、发动机台架性能验证、整车表现方法及研究,最终改善整车怠速工况曲轴箱压力波动和噪声问题,优化曲轴箱通风系统.

Abstract

Taking the problem of crankcase ventilation system of one three-cylinder turbocharged gaso-line engine as an example,the research of optimizing the design of crankcase ventilation system was car-ried out,including the analysis of limit assembly,structural comparison of parts,engine bench function verification,and vehicle performance.Ultimately,the crankcase pressure fluctuation and noise in idle condition of the vehicle were improved,and the crankcase ventilation system was optimized.
